Robert Berman is a highly respected piano teacher at Dunkley School of Music. Bob began his music studies at the Berklee College of Music, where he majored in music theory and composition. He later returned to his hometown of Philadelphia and pursued additional training in piano performance. He completed a degree in music education at West Chester University’s School of Music, studying under respected mentors Dr. Robert Pennington (piano) and Dr. Paul Blair (piano pedagogy).
His senior recital showcased his mastery of challenging works, including a Beethoven Sonata and Schumann’s Fantasy Suite, highlighting his expressive range and technical depth.
Bob has over three decades of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels. He works with beginners through early advanced pianists, creating personalized lessons that reflect each student’s goals and interests.
