What does a Dunkley rental include?

Dunkley describes its rental program as including insurance coverage for maintenance and repairs, plus a loaner instrument if needed. Coverage is governed by the current rental agreement and account status.

How do I start a rental?

Use the online rental portal, select your school or “My school is not listed,” then choose the program and instrument available for your student.

Can the instrument be delivered to school?

Yes. Dunkley offers convenient delivery to your student’s school or pickup at one of its stores, depending on the rental and location.

What if my student needs to switch instruments?

If you are already renting and need to change instruments, Dunkley asks you not to start a new online rental. Contact the store at (208) 342-5549 or visit a location for help.

Can I return a rental?

Dunkley’s rental terms allow the lessee to return the instrument, subject to the agreement and any past-due amounts. Rental fees are not prorated or refundable, so review the current terms before returning.

Can rental payments apply toward a purchase?

Dunkley offers a rent-to-own program. The amount and timing of any purchase credit depend on the current rental agreement, so review the terms presented during checkout.
